Eliza Kostowa ( Bulgarian Елица Костова ; born April 10, 1990 in Kardzhali ) is a Bulgarian tennis player .

Career

Kostova, who started tennis at the age of seven, mainly plays on the ITF Women's Circuit . So far, she has won six singles and seven doubles titles at ITF tournaments.

She achieved her best world rankings in September 2016 with 130th place in singles and in October 2015 with 154th place in doubles.

Kostova has been playing for the Bulgarian Fed Cup team since 2008 , for which she has won 16 of their 34 Fed Cup games to date.

In the German tennis Bundesliga , Kostova played in 2011 , 2012 , 2013 and 2014 for the TC Blau-Weiss Berlin and since 2018 for the MTTC Iphitos .
