The Embraer Phenom 300 is a light business jet from the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer and a further development of the Embraer Phenom 100 . According to the General Aviation Manufacturers Association , the aircraft has been the top-selling business jet since 2013.

The first flight of the first prototype took place on April 29, 2008, the second prototype followed on August 5, 2008. The Phenom 300 was approved on December 3, 2009 by the Brazilian aviation authority ANAC and on December 14, 2009 by the US FAA aviation authority . The Phenom 300 received approval from the European aviation authority EASA on April 29, 2010. Production takes place in the plants in Botucatu in Brazil, at Neiva Aeronautic Industry (a subsidiary of Embraer) and in Melbourne in the US state of Florida. The type designation of the jet is EMB-505, whereby the marketing name is Phenom 300. Early 2018 is a revised Phenom 300E ( English Enhanced ) on the market, the car and the entertainment system was reworked it.

In its standard configuration, the Phenom 300 has space for seven passengers, a maximum range of approx. 3650 kilometers (instead of the first 3300 kilometers guaranteed) and a cruising speed of up to 835 km / h.
