End-of-year Rugby Union Internationals 2004
The 2004 End-of-Year Rugby Union Internationals were a series of international rugby union matches that ran from November 6th to December 4th .
Australia and England played for the Cook Cup . Australia won the game 21:19 and won the Cup for the first time since 1999. South Africa tried a Grand Slam Tour , but this failed because the games against England and Ireland were lost.
