Enrique Díaz Díaz
Enrique Díaz Díaz (born June 13, 1952 in Huandacareo , Michoacán , Mexico ) is Bishop of Irapuato .
Life
Enrique Díaz Díaz received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of Morelia on October 23, 1977 .
On 30 April 2003 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the titular of Izirzada and ordered him to auxiliary bishop in San Cristobal de Las Casas . The bishop of San Cristóbal de Las Casas, Felipe Arizmendi Esquivel , ordained him episcopal on July 10th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Apostolic Nuncio in Mexico, Archbishop Giuseppe Bertello , and the Archbishop of Morelia, Alberto Suárez Inda . Enrique Díaz Díaz was also vicar general of the diocese of San Cristóbal de Las Casas.
By 15 May 2014 it ordered Pope Francis to Coadjutor Bishop of San Cristobal de Las Casas. Francis appointed him Bishop of Irapuato on March 11, 2017. The inauguration took place on May 19 of the same year.
