Erich Hermesdorf (born November 12, 1944 ) is a former German soccer player . In the 1967/68 season, the midfielder played 23 games (1 goal) in the Bundesliga with Borussia Neunkirchen . Before and after that he had played a total of 259 league games and scored 53 goals in the then second -rate regional soccer league Southwest . He celebrated with Neunkirchen in 1967, 1971 and 1972 three times the championship in the Regionalliga Südwest and in 1967 the promotion to the Bundesliga.

Career

Hermesdorf's career began with the blue-white-blacks of Eintracht Trier in the Mosel Stadium . From 1963, the technician with combination skills played with Eintracht in the then second-class Regionalliga Südwest . For the 1974/75 season he was hired by ASC Dudweiler and ended his higher-class playing career. In later years he worked in the amateur field as a coach, including 2001/02 in the Bruchsal soccer district at FV 1912 Wiesental .
