Erich Ullrich (born July 10, 1913 in Jossa bei Hosenfeld , † April 13, 1998 in Haßfurt ) was a German businessman and lawyer in Lower Franconia.

Life

As the son of a businessman, he attended secondary school in Fulda . After graduating from high school , Ullrich studied law , initially at the Friedrichs University in Halle . Active in the Corps Palaiomarchia Halle since the winter semester 1932/33 , he got caught up in the Corps' serious conflict with the National Socialist German Student Union . He left Halle and passed the First State Examination in 1937 in Frankfurt am Main . In 1938 he also graduated as a business graduate . He went to Berlin for traineeship training . In 1939, he was very good for Dr. iur. PhD . After he passed the Great State Examination in Law in 1940, he was drafted into the Wehrmacht . As an officer , shortly before the unconditional surrender of the Wehrmacht , in early May 1945, he was taken prisoner by the Soviets . After his release in October 1949, he was housed with Corpsbrothers in Bamberg . He was admitted as a lawyer specializing in tax law in 1961 as a lawyer at the Fulda Regional Court and, from 1951, at the Bamberg Regional Court . His father and his first wife Lilo geb. He lost Schuck in September 1944 in an air raid on Fulda . In 1950 he married his second wife Roswitha geb. Knörl. From both marriages he had two daughters and an adopted son. The old gentlemen's association of Corps Masovia awarded him the ribbon in 1960.
