Ernst Lodermeier

Ernst Lodermeier (born August 27, 1908 in Eschlkam in the Bavarian Forest ; † March 2, 1998 ) was a German lawyer and bank manager .

Life

Ernst Lodermeier attended boarding school in Metten and passed his Abitur in Landshut . After graduating from high school, he studied law at the University of Munich . There he joined the KDSt.V. in 1928 . Trifels in the CV . He passed his first state examination in law in 1932 and was then a trainee lawyer in Eggenfelden and Munich.

Despite his state grade in the assessor examination, he was denied the Bavarian Ministry of Justice in 1935 because of his political stance. He went into the private sector at Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechselbank AG , first becoming a director's assistant and then a capital market expert. Recruited into the Wehrmacht in 1941, he fought in World War II , was seriously wounded in the Eifel and was taken prisoner of war by the Americans , from which he was released in 1945.

He returned to Hypobank and was a deputy member from 1947 and a full member of the bank's board from 1953. He was also a member of numerous supervisory boards. Among other things, he was chairman of the supervisory board of Aufbaugesellschaft Bayern GmbH, RK-Werbe- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH and Marienplatz-Großgarage GmbH in Munich as well as chairman of the supervisory board of Mainzer Baulandbeschaffungs-GmbH. He was also the deputy chairman of the supervisory board of Bausparkasse Mainz AG and the Pfälzische Hypothekenbank, based in Ludwigshafen am Rhein . In 1974 he retired.

In addition to his professional activity, Lodermeier acted on a voluntary basis as the state treasurer of the Bavarian Red Cross , whose blood donation service he also served as deputy chairman of the supervisory board.

Ernst Lodermeier had been with the doctor Marianne, born in 1939. Resch, married and had four children. He was buried in the old Nymphenburg cemetery in Munich.

Working in the CV

Lodermeier did not only know how to persist in pursuing projects in the professional field. When the CV dissolved in 1935, he joined the Philistine Board of the KDSt.V. Trifels Munich one; When the Philisterium was forcibly dissolved in 1938, he assembled the union in secret meetings and with letters until he was called to arms in 1941. After the war he was one of the re-founders of the CV. At the first CVer meeting of the three western zones in Eichstätt in 1947 , he was elected to the provisional committee for the US zone. Tasks followed in the connection and in the association. From 1947 to 1978 he was the Philistine Senior of the KDSt.V. Trifels Munich. He also worked as the CV treasurer from 1950 to 1954, as a member of the AHB board from 1954 to 1960 and as deputy chairman of the CV from 1957 to 1960. He also belonged to the KDStV Aureata Eichstätt, the KDStV Tuiskonia Munich and the KDStV Teutonia Freiburg in Üechtlan.

The Society for Student History and Student Customs

Ernst Lodermeier was particularly fond of student archivists . When the 66th Cartell Assembly founded the Customs Committee as a committee of the CV in 1952 , Lodermeier became its member and from 1962 chairman. In 1967 the committee became the Society for Student History and Student Customs and Lodermeier became chairman of the Customs section. From 1978 to 1982 he was chairman of the company. From 1979 he was also head of the Standing Committee until 1989. After that, he remained an employee of the company as long as his health permitted until the 100th meeting. The society thanked him with the honorary chairmanship.

Awards

The Free State of Bavaria recognized his services, including as treasurer of the Bavarian Red Cross, with the award of the Bavarian Order of Merit in 1962 . The Bavarian Red Cross awarded him the Steckkreuz and the DRK badge of honor.
