Ernstwalter Mitulski
Ernstwalter Mitulski , also Ernst Walter Mitulski or Ernst Walter Mitulsky , (born March 6, 1898 in Danzig , † December 28, 1976 in Westerburg ) was a German actor and radio play speaker .
Life
In 1930 Mitulski was engaged at the New Theater in Frankfurt am Main , and in 1936 at the Städtische Bühnen . From 1937 to 1939 he was a participant in the Römerberg Festival . From 1942 he worked at the Berlin Schillertheater , but returned to the Städtische Bühnen in Frankfurt am Main in 1950 and stayed there until 1970.
Mitulski repeatedly worked as a film and television actor. In 1938 he had a first role in Zwei Frauen (1938, directed by Hans H. Zerlett ). This was followed by roles in A Happy Person (1943, Paul Verhoeven ), The Defender Has the Word (1944, Werner Klingler ) and 1944/1945 in We see us again by Philipp Lothar Mayring . In 1966 he played in Zwei Herren aus Verona , a Shakespeare adaptation by Harald Benesch . He became known to a larger television audience as the owner of a department store Dengler , whom he embodied for ten episodes from 1960 to 1967 in the series The Hesselbach Company .
