The Archparchy of Pittsburgh ( Latin : Pittsburgensis ritus byzantini ) is an eparchy of the Ruthenian Greek Catholic Church based in Pittsburgh ( United States ).

On May 8, 1924, Pope Pius XI established the Exarchate of the United States of America, Faithful to the Oriental Rite (Ruthenians). The Exarchate was raised to the status of an eparchy on July 6, 1963 and on February 21, 1969 to the Munhall Archeparchy. On March 11, 1977, the name was changed to Pittsburgh Archeparchy. 1983 territories were ceded to the Van Nuys Eparchy .

The area of ​​the Archepary includes the states of Ohio (eastern part), Oklahoma , Louisiana , Pennsylvania , Tennessee , Texas and West Virginia .
