The Eparchy of Passaic ( lat. : Eparchia Passaicensis Ruthenorum ) is in the United States located eparchy of the Ruthenian Greek Catholic Church , located in Woodland Park , New Jersey .
The eparchy was established on July 6, 1963 from the cession of territory by the Apostolic Exarchate of the Ruthenian Greek Catholic Church for the United States of America . The eparchy is subordinate to the Archparchy of Pittsburgh as a suffragan diocese.
The area of the eparchy includes the states of Connecticut , Florida , Georgia , Massachusetts , Maryland , New Jersey, New York , North Carolina , Pennsylvania, and Virginia .
