Es Migjorn Gran is a municipality on the Spanish Balearic island of Menorca . On January 1, 2019, 1405 residents lived in the municipality. Es Migjorn Gran has been an independent parish since it split from Es Mercadal in 1989. Until then, Es Migjorn Gran had been called San Cristobal.

The municipality of Sant Tomàs, the largest cave in Menorca, the Cova des Coloms , and several archaeological sites, z. B. the hypostyle Es Galliner de Madona , the talayotic village of Sant Agustí , the taula of Binicodrell Nou and the talayots of Binicodrell and Es Mestall .
