Etzerstetten is a village and a cadastral municipality in the Wolfpassing municipality in the Scheibbs district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 134 building areas with 43,730 m² and 150 gardens on 291,377 m² in the cadastral community Etzerstetten , in 1989/1990 there were 132 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 169 and in 2009/2010 there were 188 buildings on 356 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 581 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 139 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 598 hectares and 139 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 570 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 143 hectares. The average soil climate number of Etzerstetten is 53.1 (as of 2010).
