Euerhausen is a district of the Giebelstadt market in the Lower Franconian district of Würzburg in north-west Bavaria .

Geography and transport links

The place is about five kilometers south of the core town of Giebelstadt on the federal highway 19 and on the transverse state road 2270 . The source of the Flachsbach is located on the northern edge of the village .

history

The first written mention of Euerhausen dates from around 1252.

With the community edict at the beginning of the 19th century, Euerhausen became an independent community without any further districts. Later she belonged to the district office and then to the district of Ochsenfurt . After its dissolution in 1972, it was incorporated into Giebelstadt as part of the municipal reform.
