Eugenia Volodina
Eugenia Volodina ( Russian Евгения Володина / Jewgenija Wolodina, born September 17, 1984 in Kazan ) is a Russian model .
Career
In 1998, Volodina took part in a modeling competition, which she did not win. In 2000 she was signed by a French agency. In 2002 she was allegedly discovered by Steven Meisel in a café. In the same year she appeared for the first time on the cover of Italian Vogue as well as in a campaign for Gucci and also opened the fashion show for the fashion brand in Milan .
Photos of Volodina have appeared in magazines such as Vogue , Elle and Harper's Bazaar as well as in catalogs from Bloomingdale’s , Louis Vuitton , Neiman Marcus and Victoria's Secret . She has worked for Escada , Bulgari , Bill Blass , Versace , Valentino , Yves Saint Laurent , Zac Posen , Salvatore Ferragamo , Fendi , Gucci, Donna Karan , Chanel , Dolce & Gabbanaand Celine .
Volodina is the "face" for the fragrance V by Valentino and has a contract with Yves Saint Laurent. She ran at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2007.
