Eva LaRue (* 27. December 1966 in Long Beach , California as Eva Maria LaRuy ) is an American actress .

life and career

LaRue began her acting career at the age of six. She played her first major roles in television productions from the late 1980s. She had guest roles on various American series such as A Terribly Nice Family , Dallas and They Came from Outer Space . From 1993 to 1997 and again from 2002 to 2005 she played the role of Dr. Maria Santos in the series All My Children . In 1997 and 2006 she received the ALMA Award for this role and was also nominated for the 1997 Emmy Daytime Award . From 2005 to 2012 she played the role of Natalia Boa Vista in the series CSI: Miami . In Fuller House , the spin-off from Full House , LaRue played Danny Tanner's wife Teri .

Personal

From 1992 to 1994, LaRue was married to fellow actor John O'Hurley . From 1996 to 2004 she was married to John Callahan , who played her husband in All my Children . A daughter emerged from the relationship. She is a member of the Baha'i religion. Eva LaRue married the entrepreneur Joe Cappuccio in June 2010, but they divorced in early 2014.
