Evi Kent (born March 8, 1939 in Brno , Czechoslovakia ) is a German actress .

Live and act

Evi Kent was brought in front of the camera at the beginning of the television age after the war. A little later (1955) she also received her first offer from the film. She then took acting lessons in Berlin and trained in singing and piano playing. Right at the beginning of her career, Evi Kent also had some successes as a singer with hits like 'Why do all men turn to me', 'Mauerblümchen' and (with Bob Parker) 'What can be nicer', a German cover version of Doris -Day -Hits ' Que Sera, Sera '.

In the film, the mime was often cast as the slightly naive but provocative young woman with a touch of sex appeal. Evi Kent played on stage after the end of her film career in the mid 60s and was successful in the musical Irma la Douce . At that time, she also received some television commitments. Since the early 1970s, Evi Kent has largely disappeared from the public eye.
