Princess Marie Aglaë Bonaventura Theresia von und zu Liechtenstein , Duchess of Troppau and Jägerndorf , Countess zu Rietberg , née Countess Kinsky von Wchinitz and Tettau (born April 14, 1940 in Prague ; † August 21, 2021 in Grabs (SG) , Switzerland ) since July 30, 1967 the wife of Prince Hans-Adam II von und zu Liechtenstein , the head of state of the Principality of Liechtenstein .

She was born in Prague as the daughter of Count Ferdinand Carl Kinsky von Wchinitz and Tettau (1907–1969), who lived in Horažďovice Castle until 1946 , and Countess Henriette, born Countess von Ledebur-Wicheln . She is the fourth of seven children, her eldest brother was the political scientist Ferdinand Graf Kinsky (1934-2020).
She attended boarding school and secondary school in the Home Schooling Klosterwald the Benedictines in Baden-Wuerttemberg , then studied at the Academy of Applied Graphics and took off her diploma. Two language stays in England and France served to improve her language skills. She then worked as a commercial artist in a printing works in Dachau until her engagement in 1965.
She was honorary president of the Liechtenstein Red Cross and president of the Association for Special Education Aid .
On July 30, 1967, she married the then Hereditary Prince Hans-Adam in the Catholic parish church of St. Florin in Vaduz . The princely couple has four children:
- Hereditary Prince Alois (born June 11, 1968) has been married to Sophie Princess in Bavaria (born October 28, 1967) since July 3, 1993 , niece of the current head of the Wittelsbach family, Franz von Bayern . They have four children: Prince Joseph Wenzel (* May 24, 1995), Princess Marie-Caroline (* October 17, 1996), Prince Georg (* April 20, 1999) and Prince Nikolaus (* December 6, 2000)
- Prince Maximilian (born May 16, 1969) has been married to Angela Brown (born February 3, 1958) since January 29, 2000. They have a son, Alfons Constantin Maria (born May 18, 2001).
- Prince Constantin (born March 15, 1972) has been married to Countess Marie Kálnoky von Kőröspatak (born July 16, 1975) since June 5, 1999 . They have two sons, Moritz Emanuel Maria (* May 27, 2003) and Ferdinand Hubertus Maria (* May 18, 2008), as well as a daughter, Georgina Maximiliana Tatiana Maria (* July 23, 2005).
- Princess Tatjana von und zu Liechtenstein (born April 10, 1973) has been married to Philipp von Lattorff (born March 25, 1968) since June 5, 1999 . They have seven children: Lukas Maria (born May 13, 2000), Elisabeth Marie Angela (born January 25, 2002), Marie Teresa (born January 18, 2004), Camilla Maria Katharina (born November 14, 2005), Anna Pia Theresia Maria (* August 3, 2007), Sophie Katharina Maria (* October 30, 2009) and Maximilian-Maria (* December 17, 2011)
On August 18, 2021, Princess Marie was admitted to the hospital in Grabs as a result of a stroke , where she died on August 21, 2021.
