Ferdinand Ohm

Ferdinand Ohm (born November 16, 1826 in Münster , † August 21, 1872 in Lippstadt ) was a Westphalian merchant and a member of the Reichstag of the North German Confederation and the Customs Parliament .

Life

Ferdinand Ohm attended a rector's school and did a commercial apprenticeship. He was the owner of the August Kleine company in Lippstadt, where he had also been a city councilor since 1858.

From 1867 to 1871 Ohm was a member of the constituency of Arnsberg 8 ( Lippstadt , Brilon ) in the first ordinary Reichstag of the North German Confederation. There he belonged to the faction of the Free Association . In this capacity he was also a member of the Customs Parliament since 1868. From 1867 to 1870 he was also a member of the Prussian House of Representatives .
