Ferdinando Chefalo (* 1964 in Italy ) is an Italian ballet dancer , choreographer and director who has lived and worked in Austria since the 1980s .

Ferdinando Chefalo was born in Italy in 1964 and grew up in Switzerland . He received his dance training for eight years with Rolf Bertschinger at the Accademia di Danza Classica in Lugano and graduated on June 30, 1984 with a ballet diploma. He was trained in singing by the former Viennese opera singer Walter Kreppel , among others .

Chefalo, who studied acting at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna from 1987 to 1990 and graduated on June 12, 1990 with the stage maturity examination before the Vienna Joint Stage Examination Commission, took further acting lessons from director Elisabeth Schuster .
