Fernando Antônio Brochini CSS (born November 10, 1946 in Rio Claro ) is a Brazilian religious and Roman Catholic bishop of Itumbiara .

Life

Fernando Antônio Brochini joined the Order of the Stigmatines and was ordained a priest on December 8, 1973 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him coadjutor bishop of Jaboticabal on February 12, 2001 . The Bishop of Jaboticabal, Luíz Eugênio Pérez , donated him episcopal ordination on March 3 of the next year ; Co- consecrators were Hélio Paschoal CSS, Bishop of Livramento de Nossa Senhora , and Antônio Ribeiro de Oliveira , Archbishop of Goiânia . As a motto he chose Testemunho de Comunhão .

When Luíz Eugênio Pérez retired on June 25, 2003, he succeeded him as Bishop of Jaboticabal.

Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Itumbiara on October 15, 2014 . The inauguration took place on January 3 of the following year.
