The 6th Festival da Canção ( Portuguese VI Grande Prémio TV da Cançao 1969 ) took place on February 24, 1969 in the Teatro São Luiz in Lisbon. It served as the Portuguese preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest in 1969 .

The program was hosted by Lurdes Norberto .

The winner for the second time after 1965 was Simone de Oliveira with the title Desfolhada Portuguesa . At the Eurovision Song Contest in Madrid she received four points and ended up in 15th place.
