Madalena Iglésias
Madalena Lucília Iglésias do Vale (born October 24, 1939 in Lisbon , † January 16, 2018 in Barcelona ) was a Portuguese singer in the 1960s.
In her third attempt at the Festival da Canção , in 1966 , she emerged as the winner and was therefore allowed to compete for her home country at the Grand Prix Eurovision de la Chanson in Luxembourg in 1966 . With the hit Ele e Ela , she landed in 13th place.
Overall, she released a large number of singles and EPs in the 1960s, later there were only sporadic appearances.
