Dina (Portuguese singer)

Dina (born June 18, 1956 in Carregal do Sal , Viseu ; † April 11, 2019 in Lisbon ; actually: Ondina Maria Farias Veloso ) was a Portuguese pop-rock singer.

After unsuccessful participation in the Festival da Canção in 1980 and 1982, she won in 1992. She was therefore allowed to compete in the 1992 Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö for her country with the pop song Amor d´Água Fresca . Despite the 17th place, she remained an active musician in Portugal and was often seen on television.
