The 14th Festival da Canção ( Portuguese XIV Grande Prémio TV da Cançao 1977 ) took place on February 12, 1977 in Estúdio 1 da RTP in Lisbon. It served as the Portuguese preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest in 1977 .

The program was moderated by Herman José and Nicolau Breyner .

The winner was the group Os Amigos with the title Portugal no coração . At the Eurovision Song Contest in London she received 18 points and ended up in 14th place.
