The 12th Festival da Canção ( Portuguese XII Grande Prémio TV da Cançao 1975 ) took place on March 7, 1975 in the Teatro Maria Matos in Lisbon. It served as the Portuguese preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest in 1975 .

The program was moderated by Maria Elisa and José Nuno Martins .

The winner was Duarte Mendes with the title Madrugada . At the Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm he received 16 points and finished in 16th place.
