Fiebing is a place in the municipality of Großefehn in the Aurich district in East Frisia .

The Moor colony Fiebing was founded 1783rd It is named after the first settler Tamme Tammen Fiebing.

In the church book of Uplengen it was referred to as Fiebings-Feld in 1797, in the church book of Strackholt from 1791 to 1806 as Fiebingsfehn, which eventually became Fiebing.

Today the village of Fiebing belongs to the parish of Strackholt.

Since July 1, 1972, it has belonged to the community of Großefehn.
