Flávio de Souza Boaventura (born July 12, 1987 in Feira de Santana ) is a Brazilian football player .
Career
Flávio Boaventura learned to play football in the youth team of Grêmio Barueri in Barueri . He signed his first contract in 2007 with Joinville EC in Joinville . From June 2008 to December 2008 he was loaned to Marília to Marília AC . After the loan ended, he was firmly committed by Marília. For three months, August to October 2009, he was loaned to Vila Nova FC in Goiânia . In 2014 he moved to Portugal via the Brazilian stations Grêmio Barueri (2010), Athletico Paranaense (2011), Paraná Clube (2011) and ABC Natal (2012–2014) . Here he signed a contract with FC Paços de Ferreira . The club from Paços de Ferreira played in the highest league in the country, the Primeira Liga . After 21 games, he went back to Brazil in 2015 and joined América FC (RN) from Natal . He went to Thailand in mid-2019 through Clube de Regatas Brasil (2016–2018) and Grêmio Novorizontino (2018–2019) . Here he signed a contract with the Thai club Army United . The club from Bangkok played in the second division of the country, the Thai League 2 , and is based in the capital Bangkok. After Army United announced his withdrawal from the Thai League at the end of 2019, he left the club for Brazil. Here he joined the EC São Bento from São Paulo .
