The Fleischbach is a brook in the district of Mansfeld-Südharz . It rises in Burgsdorf and flows into the Schlenze east of Adendorf . Apart from many small loops and curves, the stream runs permanently in a north-easterly direction; the largest inflow is the Fleischgraben near Bösenburg . There are other rivulets flowing into the stream. In ancient times, a Roman army is said to have camped in the Legergrund, which the Fleischbach runs through before Bösenburg. After Oeste the Gerbstedt – Friedeburg railway crossed the brook, but this was shut down in 1962 and then dismantled.
