Florian Heller (born March 10, 1982 in Rosenheim ) is a former German soccer player . He was most recently active for SpVgg Unterhaching .

Career

Heller started playing soccer in 1986 at SV Pang , a district club in Rosenheim, moved to the youth department of TSV 1860 Rosenheim and in 2000 to that of FC Bayern Munich. He made his debut on November 11, 2000 (16th matchday) in a 5-2 win in the away game against FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt , in which he also scored his first goal with the 2-0 goal. In the 2000/01 season he was part of the professional squad of FC Bayern for a short time. Since his breakthrough on the Isar after three seasons and 58 games (including one in the DFB Cup ), he moved to the second division team SpVgg Greuther Fürth for the 2003/04 season , for whom he played 43 league games (one goal) in two seasons. and two in the national club cup.

In the following season he was eligible to play for league rivals FC Erzgebirge Aue and gained continuity. In three seasons he was used 76 times and scored twelve goals. In the first half of the 2006/07 season he developed into one of the best players in the Ore Mountains and was voted the best player of the first half of the season by the fans, although he had been absent from the last few games due to an injury. For the 2008/09 season Heller moved to the then second division club 1. FSV Mainz 05 , with whom he was promoted to the Bundesliga at the end of the season and advanced to the semi-finals in the club cup. He made his Bundesliga debut on August 8, 2009 (1st matchday) in a 2-2 home game against Bayer 04 Leverkusen . In his first Bundesliga season he played 30 of 34 games. In January 2012 he moved to the second division club FC Ingolstadt 04 . There, his contract term was no longer extended in summer 2013. From September 18, 2013 to January 30, 2014, he played seven league games for TSV 1860 Rosenheim ; from January 31st he was eligible to play for third division club SpVgg Unterhaching .
