Escape from Galaxy III (original title: Giochi erotici nella 3a galassia , German alternative title Star Crash II ) is an Italian science fiction film from 1981. The German premiere took place in 1983 on video.

action

King Zador and his daughter Belle Star are on a space station near their home planet Exolon when an enemy ship is sighted. It is that of the power-obsessed Oraclon who wants to subdue the galaxy. Zador knows that even a surrender will not save his people, and he entrusts Lithan with what he sees as a futile defense. As expected, the Exolon fleet is powerless against the weapons of Oraclon. In view of the looming defeat, King Zador sends Lithan and Belle Star to Antarus to ask for military support. Shortly after the two spaceships leave the station, Oraclon destroys both the planet and the space station.

When he realizes that Lithan and Belle Star were able to escape, he takes up their pursuit. They try to reach the planet Krypton, as its negative energy accelerates their spaceship strongly but uncontrollably and thus enables their escape. Despite shelling by Oraclon's battle ships, they reach Krypton, where their spaceship is catapulted into space as expected. Since the navigation computer was damaged in previous battles, their position is unknown to them. You then land on the nearest planet, which later turns out to be Earth in a primitive stage of human development. The natives are frightened by the spacemen and take them prisoner. Before they are both thrown at the stake, Lithan saves one of the village children. The natives then cease hostilities. As a result, Lithan assists the villagers with his unspecified superpowers in construction work, while Belle Star is confronted with human sexuality for the first time.

In the meantime, Oraclon has located the spaceship of the two and has now arrived with his spaceship in orbit of the earth, from where he sends out search teams to the earth. When the search is unsuccessful, he begins to fire at the planet, killing many of the villagers. Lithan and Belle Star can save themselves in their spaceship and activate a protective shield that protects the ship from being tracked by Oraclon. In their spaceship, the two are getting closer to each other when suddenly the shield generator fails and they are attacked by Oraclon. In the throne room they meet other kings who were subjugated by Oraclon. Lithan unexpectedly kills Oraclon with flashes of light that shoot out of his eyes, which Belle Star explains are a result of the newfound sexual powers. Both free the kings and destroy Oraclon's ship.

Then they return to Earth, where they settle down after the destruction of their home planet.

criticism

  • Ronald M. Hahn and Volker Jansen draw a sarcastic conclusion: "The" unknown planet "is of course the earth! And that's where Belle Star and Lithan learn how to have sex! Then they return to put an end to the evil King of the Night! Remember! A king who wages war in the galaxies ! And negative gravity , which hurls our heroes through space and time! Have you ever experienced something like this? Wow!"

The lexicon of international film , in summary: “An outrageous story, bad actors, tasty-sweet music. All in all a proof of cinematic inability. "

Remarks

The international title of the film is Escape from Galaxy 3 ; in some European countries it was also marketed as Starcrash 2 .
