The Cibao Airport (Spanish: Aeropuerto Internacional del Cibao ) is the third largest of now six international airports in the Dominican Republic . This is in Uveral, near Santiago and Licey . Aircraft up to the size of Boeing 747 and Boeing 777 can take off and land in Cibao.
Cibao Airport is a hub of Caribair and Pan Am World Airways Dominicana .

The airport opened on March 18, 2002.
On February 7, 2008 a Britten-Norman BN-2A of Caribair crashed on the way from Santiago to La Romana .
