The Capital Region International Airport (IATA: LAN , ICAO: KLAN , FAA: LAN ; and Lansing Capital City Airport ) is the airport of the city of Lansing in the State of Michigan , USA .
history
The airport was opened to the public in July 1928, but the first flight did not take place until July 5, 1928. The current terminal was inaugurated in 1959 and expanded in 1992.
Terminal building
Lansing Airport has a terminal for handling passengers. American Airlines , Delta Air Lines and United Airlines operate from here . In addition, the tour operator Apple Vacations offers charter flights , which are operated exclusively by Miami Air International with aircraft leased by TUI Airlines Belgium .
