Francisco Molinero Calderón (born July 26, 1985 in Aranjuez ) is a Spanish football player who plays for Sporting Gijón in the Segunda División .

Player career

Francisco Molinero, who was born near the Spanish capital Madrid , came from the youth of Atlético Madrid . From 2002 to 2004 he played at Atlético B. In August 2004 he was rewarded with promotion to the first team due to his constant performance, but could not play himself in the foreground, which is why he moved to first division FC after two years in summer 2006 Malaga left.

In the Segunda División he could not prevail, so that after only one year he switched to RCD Mallorca as a supplementary player and thus returned to Spain's elite league. There he only made two appearances after the first half of the 2007/08 season.
