Franz Diehm

Jakob Konrad Franz Theodor Diehm (born May 9, 1815 in Lauterbach ; † October 14, 1886 ibid) was a Hessian manufacturer and politician and a member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Franz Diehm was the son of the trader Jakob Heinrich Diehm and his wife Katharina Margaretha, née Pope. Diehm, who was a Protestant, was a manufacturer in Lauterbach and married Wilhelmine nee Lerch.

From 1849 to 1850 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency of Upper Hesse 7 / Lauterbach .
