The Frauenöder Filz nature reserve is located in the Rosenheim district in Upper Bavaria .
The 12.6 hectare area with the number NSG-00031.01, which was placed under nature protection in 1993 , extends southwest of Frauenöd , a district of the municipality of Rott am Inn . The RO 45 runs to the north and the B 15 to the east . The moor is drained in the north by the Rabenbach and in the south by the Huberbach zur Rott (tributary of the Inn ).
