Frida-Lovisa Hamann (born 1990 in Berlin ) is a German film and theater actress . She has been a member of the Vienna Burgtheater ensemble since 2013 .

life and work

Hamann studied at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin . She played in the Dokumentartheater berlin and appeared with this troupe at theater festivals in Kiev and Skopje. At Studio Theater asked in Berlin was inter alia, in Dorian Gray : (directed by Peter Miklusz to see 2011), at the schaubühne in Peter Weiss -Stück The Persecution and Assassination of Jean Paul Marat represented by the spectacle of the Asylum of Charenton under the guidance of Mr. de Sade (Director: Peter Kleinert, 2012).

In 2013, the actress was engaged at the Burgtheater in Vienna and made her debut on December 1st as the princess in Puss in Boots in a version by Peter Raffalt based on motifs from the folk tale. 2014 premiere followed the ridiculous darkness of Wolfram Lotz . The successful production was immediately invited to the 2015 Berliner Theatertreffen . Other roles at the castle so far have been Rosalie in Kleist's Käthchen von Heilbronn (director: David Bösch , 2015), Marina in Tolstoj's Die Macht der Darkis (director: Antú Romero Nunes , 2015) and jayne in Ferdinand Schmalz 's Piece of Meat ( Director: Carina Riedl ) in cooperation with the Autorentheatertage at the Deutsches Theater Berlin .

In 2020 she will play the role of Hanna Schygulla in Oskar Roehler's Enfant Terrible , a biopic about the German film director Rainer Werner Fassbinder .
