Fresh Pressed is a German comedy by Christine Hartmann from 2012 . The screenplay for the film is based on the book of the same name by Susanne Fröhlich and was written by Dirk Ahner and Hartmann. Diana Amft , Tom Wlaschiha and Alexander Beyer can be seen in the leading roles .

The film is about Andrea, who is not a family man. But she has a child and doesn't know who the father is. In the end, she falls in love with Chris, who also turns out to be the father of her child, and the two begin a relationship.

Freshly squeezed celebrated its premiere on August 14, 2012 in the Cinedom in Cologne and was released for public screening in Germany on August 23. After the end of the first screening weekend, the film recorded around 70,361 cinema-goers and 84,934 including previews. As the second highest newcomer of the week behind Total Recall , the production was in seventh place in the German cinema charts. With a total of 226,353 visitors, the comedy was placed in the top 40 of the most-watched German cinema productions of 2012.
