Fritz Senn

Fritz Senn (born January 1, 1928 in Basel ) is a Swiss publicist , James Joyce specialist and theoretician of ochlokinetics .

Live and act

As the theoretician of ochlokinetics, Fritz Senn is a representative of the "happy science of man as a being that basically stands in the way of others".

Senn was President of the International James Joyce Foundation , Associate Editor of A Wake Newslitter and James Joyce Quarterly, and the Frankfurt James Joyce Edition. Since 1985 he has been director of the Zurich James Joyce Foundation , which is also an archive, documentation center, specialist library and meeting place for researchers and reading groups.

Fritz Senn is a member of the expert jury for the Zug translator scholarship .
