Gökhan Ünver (born September 20, 1985 in Şereflikoçhisar , Turkey ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Ünver played for FC Stadlau in the fourth class Vienna City League until 2005 . For the 2005/06 season he moved to the regional league club SV Donau Wien . He made his debut for Donau in the Regionalliga in August 2005 when he came on as a substitute for Bojan Ostrouska at half-time against SC Ritzing on the first day of that season . He scored his first regional league goal in April 2006 in a 1-1 draw against the Vienna sports club . At the end of the season he was relegated from the regional league with Donau.

For the 2006/07 season he moved to Turkey for third division team Sarıyer SK , for which he was active for three seasons. For the 2009/10 season he joined Gaziantepspor , but was awarded directly to the second division Gaziantep BB . In September 2009 he made his debut in the TFF 1st Lig when he was in the starting line-up against Orduspor on the third day of that season and was replaced by Eren Özen in the 65th minute . He scored his first goal for Gaziantep BB in November 2009 in a 1-0 win over Samsunspor .

After the loan ended, he moved back to the third-class Sarıyer SK in the summer of 2010. In the following six seasons he worked for ten other third division teams, mostly he only spent half a year with each club.

For the 2016/17 season he left the TFF 2nd Lig after six years and moved to the fourth division Batman Petrolspor . In 2017 he moved to Cizrespor , in summer 2018 he joined Diyarbekirspor . In January 2019 he moved to Payasspor . For the 2019/20 season he moved to the lower class Hendekspor .
