Gölpazarı is a city and a district in the Turkish province of Bilecik . The city is located about 30 kilometers northwest of the provincial capital Bilecik .
The district is in the north of the province. It borders on Yenipazar to the east, İnhisar and Söğüt to the south, the central district to the west and Osmaneli and the province of Sakarya ( Geyve and Taraklı districts ) to the north . The place is on the D-160 road from Bursa to Taraklı. In the west, the Sakarya Nehri River forms the border with the central district of Bilecik.
In addition to the district town, the district consists of 48 villages ( Köy ) with an average population of 78 inhabitants. Bedi is the largest of these with 177 inhabitants.
