Garretson is a small town (with the status " City ") in Minnehaha County in the US -amerikanischen State South Dakota with about 1000 inhabitants.
Garretson is part of the metropolitan area around the city of Sioux Falls and is only about 25 minutes from Beaver Creek on the Minnesota border .
