Garry Cook

Garry Peter Cook (born January 10, 1958 in Wednesbury , England ) is a retired British athlete and Olympian. His competition weight was 72 kg with a height of 1.85 m.

Garry Cook was an 800-meter runner and a member of the British 4-by-800-meter relay that lasted until August 30, 1982 (in the cast Peter Elliott , Garry Cook, Steve Cram , Sebastian Coe ) Set a world record of 7: 03.89 minutes on this rarely run route.

In view of the already great competition in England on his special route, Cook celebrated his greatest successes with the 4 x 400 meter relay of the United Kingdom. He started for England at the Commonwealth Games.
