Philip Brown (athlete)
Philip Andrew "Phil" Brown (born January 6, 1962 in Birmingham , England) is a former British sprinter whose special course was the 400-meter run .
He had his greatest successes in the 4 x 400 meter relay . He started for England at the Commonwealth Games . He set his personal best of 45.26 s on May 26, 1985 in Antrim .
