RusVelo is a Russian track cycling team . Under the name of Rusvelo , the team received a license from the UCI for the 2011/2012 season as a UCI Track Team and as such takes part in the track cycling World Cup competitions.
The RusVelo project also includes international road cycling teams of the same name: a men's team and a women's team until the end of 2014 .
Team manager was initially the general manager of the RusVelo project , Heiko Salzwedel , who is supported by Viktor Rapp and Oleg Grischkin . On October 1, 2012, Salzwedel was replaced in this role by the former Russian professional Renat Khamidulin .
