Municipalities of the Canton of Basel-Stadt

The canton of Basel-Stadt has three political communities (February 2009), the official in the canton of Basel-Stadt residents communities are called. The capital is the city of Basel . The other two communities, Bettingen and Riehen , are referred to as rural communities .
