Giuseppe Tesauro

Giuseppe Tesauro (born November 15, 1942 in Naples ) is an Italian lawyer and was President of the Italian Constitutional Court from July 30, 2014 to November 9, 2014.

He graduated from the University of Naples with a law degree in 1964. From 1998 to 2005 he was President of the Italian Competition Authority .

Awards

Since April 24, 2001, Tesauro has been awarded the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic .
