Franco Gallo

Franco Gallo (born April 23, 1937 in Rome ) is an Italian lawyer and was President of the Italian Constitutional Court from January 29 to September 16, 2013.

In the Carlo Azeglio Ciampis government , Gallo was a non-party finance minister from May 1993 to May 1994. From September 16, 2004 to September 16, 2013 he was a judge at the Italian Constitutional Court and was Vice President under Alfonso Quaranta .

Gallo is a corresponding member of the Accademia dei Lincei .
