Gloria Votsis
Gloria Votsis (born February 9, 1979 in Pittsford , New York ) is an American actress .
Votsis became known for her supporting roles in various television series such as Hawaii Five-0 , The Gates , CSI , CSI: NY , CSI: Miami , and Suburgatory . Votsis had a leading role in the film Charlie Banks - The eyewitness alongside Jesse Eisenberg . She played Alexandra "Alex" Hunter in the television series White Collar .
youth
Gloria Votsis grew up in Upstate , New York in a self-named "Big Fat Greek Family". At the age of 17, after graduating from high school, she began studying abroad in France , and then went to New York University .
Acting career
Votsis began her career with commercials, most notably several commercials for the Crest toothpaste brand . After that, she got several supporting roles in TV shows. In 2010, she became known as Vanessa Buckley in the short-lived television series The Gates . In the same year she also started as Alex Hunter in the US television series White Collar .
Private
Votsis speaks French and Greek fluently in addition to her native English .
