The Gmina Jaraczewo is a city and country community in jarocin county of Greater Poland Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the city of Jaraczewo (German Jaratschewo ) with 1462 inhabitants (2016).
history
After an interruption of over 400 years, Jaraczewo received city rights again on January 1, 2016, and Gmina received the status of a town-and-country municipality.
In the years 1975-1998 the Gmina belonged to the Kalisz Voivodeship .

The city is located on state road 12 ( droga krajowa 12 ). The neighboring towns of Jarocin (the seat of the powiat) and Borek Wielkopolski can be reached via this road .
