The Gmina Skąpe ( German Skampe ) is a rural community in the powiat Świebodziński in the Lubusz Voivodeship , Poland . It is 181.28 km² and has about 5400 inhabitants. Its seat is the village of Skąpe.

Until 1945, the municipality was part of the Züllichau-Schwiebus district , Brandenburg province .
